  2. Product Information: We specialise in high-quality 22ct gold jewellery. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery. 

  3. Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateway.

  4. Orders and Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud or pricing errors.

  5. Shipping and Delivery: We deliver within the UK using secure and insured delivery services. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary. Risk of loss and ownership of goods pass to you upon delivery.

  6. Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective items or if incorrect goods are received. Items must be returned in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

  7. Warranty and Authenticity: All our products are guaranteed to be crafted from genuine 22ct gold. Certificates of authenticity are provided with applicable items. Additionally, items not hallmarked due to trade design can be hallmarked upon request with a small surcharge.

  8. Liability after signing: Upon accepting and signing for the delivery, you assume full responsibility for the parcel, including its condition and contents. Please inspect the parcel thoroughly before acceptance to ensure it has not been tampered with, as we cannot be held liable for any issues identified as a result of the delivery once it has been accepted and signed for.

  9. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  10. Intellectual Property: All content, including images and text, on our website is the property of RSK Jewellers and may not be used without permission.

  11. Privacy Policy: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with UK GDPR laws.
